You will receive a Returns Slip along with your purchase when you receive your goods. Should you wish to conduct a return, kindly include the Returns Slip along with the shipment and send it back our way.
You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase excluding any discounts or store vouchers in the form of store credit (excluding shipping costs) once your item(s) have been through the appropriate quality checks.
Please allow approximately 3 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

- Returned item(s) must have original tag(s) still attached and be put in the original packaging that it was sent out in.
- Returned item(s) must not be washed, altered or damaged.
- All returned items are subject to quality control. Our Little Stories reserves the right to evaluate the eligibility of a return before processing a refund. You will be contacted within 3 business days upon receipt of the item(s) should we find an issue with the item(s).
- Item(s) will only be exchange subject to stock availability.
- Sale and discounted item(s) purchased through online cannot be exchange unless the item(s) were delivered faulty.
- Our Little Stories will not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused during the shipment process.
- It is important that the item(s) returned are attached with the Returns Slip provided. Failing to do so may hinder or slow down the processing of your return.
- The shipping cost of returning a product will not be covered by Our Little Stories.
- Do not ship your return back without any email authorization, as it will not be processed.
